A path that will bring on your palate all the categories of red wine produced in our territory.

You will participate in a unique experience with a route containing the various types of wines of the Verona area: Rosso Verona, Valpolicella Classico/Superiore, Valpolicella Ripasso and Reciotto. Finally, the precious touch is given by our most precious diamond:Amarone, a wine with an intense ruby red color.

The tasting will be accompanied by a description of the grapes used, the techniques of production of the wines and their combinations,their organoleptic and sensory characteristics will be discovered. In combination with the wines you will find a taste of Soppressa (salami), Monte Veronese (cheese), Bread, Breadsticks and water.

What makes this route precious is certainly the presence ofAmarone, whichrepresents one of the best known and most appreciated Great Italian Reds in the world. Such is its richness and intensity of aromas, that this wine is often called "by meditation".
